Breakfast was good with good variety.
Room was extremely hot and couldn't sleep as AC was not functional. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Sofa hideaway bed was not comfortable whatsoever.

Friendly staff, close to NAU
price---compared to weekend before and after. doesn't seem right to double your rates simply because of graduation

location of hotel in proximity to NAU
Service was poor. We were out all day and came back to a room which still had unmade beds. Breakfast in the morning was poor to fair. dirty dishes everywhere. coffee was out and many food items were not replenished. Front desk seemed very understaffed in the morning when guests would normally be checking out.

The sitting room was quite nice for visiting family in the area! Large screen TV was nice!
There was an A/C problem and it was unseasonably warm in Flagstaff. We were brought a fan which worked well.

It was just a great match for a momentary visit in Flagstaff with very nice value for money. The staff was super friendly, especially the cook who made amazing omelettes. Make sure to enjoy the complimentary breakfast while you're there.

Friendly staff, Nice rooms, beautiful lobby. Nice breakfast. Location was fine. Drinks were decent at the bar.
Thought the bed was a bit hard. Snacks at night were the same, every night. Humus, carrot sticks, Tortilla chips. They were a healthy snack, but a bit boring.

Centrally located and just a short walk from downtown, the place offered a spacious one-bedroom suite that perfectly fit our family of four, including two children and two dogs. The evening reception and breakfast were standout features, particularly the yogurt selection that everyone enjoyed. An unfortunate incident arose with an unsubstantiated smoking allegation that left a negative impression on what could have been a perfect stay.

Way overpriced for what they offered! Not any better than a 100 nt hotel. Not new, average comfort, small room.
